Yes, working out is fun! (well sometimes) Glad you both are consistently seeing weight loss and are feeling better! I'm not really seeing any results from all my spinning and running. I know I need to start lifting weights again -- that's really the best way to get metabolism up and running.
Well I haven't been able to work out as much this past week and I am up a half pound. I didn't get to do the strength training either for the past two weeks so I obviously can't let up. I leave Monday for a week in Michigan to see the fam & for the fundraiser. I told my mom we are going for a walk everyday! That will get her moving around, too. :) I'll try and check in with you guys while I am gone. I come back the 17th. Talk soon!!
ReplyDeleteI started lifting weights last week, and I lost four pounds instead of a consistent two. I try to go 5-6 times a week however this week will only be 4. I've upped my gym routine to an hour of cardio and a half hour of weights because June 4th is going to be here before I know it and I want to look better than I do now, besides I'm not sure how I am going to be able to get my workouts over in Germany. There are parks but I'm going to have to scope out the place before I decide where to run.
