Ok -- my day 1 -- Monday, April 4, 2011 I ate: peanut butter on a 110 calorie wheat bagel for breakfast, a banana, left over pasta for lunch, handful of yogurt covered almonds (maybe 10), an apple, a veggie flatbread from Dunkin Donuts for dinner and yes, a choc frosted donut for desert. My guess: 1700 calories Exercise: 45 minute spinning class at noon, hour long pole dancing class at 6:30pm
Ok so my day one -- I was hungry all day! I had two hard boiled eggs for breakfast, a turkey sausage & veggie omelette for lunch. Iced coffee with cream - no sugar. two turkey burger patties with a slice of cheese and a red bell pepper. a handful of almonds. I got hungry again and had a chicken breast with some steamed broccoli...very weird eating day. I have no clue on the calories. My exercise was light today - about 45 minutes in the gym on the elliptical & abs this morning. I need to look at the classes....gotta get the strength training in!!

Yesterday was a weird day for me too, I left the house at 6am and didn't get back until 10pm so I had to plan for a full day of meals the night before. I had for breakfast, two slices of bagel thins, they're about 100 calories for both, with peanut butter, add another 50 calories or so. I also had coffee with cream and no sugar, which is 70 calories, and then a banana. I snacked on fruit in between meals. Then lunch I had a salad and a half sandwich, a slice of pumpernickel with ham and mustard. Then for dinner I had a lean cuisine meal that was super dissatisfying but I ate it anyways. I had a cupcake to make up for it! Total calories was around 1500, and I do Weight Watchers, and stayed under my points! I went to the gym at 6am and managed 5.25 miles on the elliptical!
ReplyDeleteI was up at 5 am today to go to work. I was not about to get up at 3 or 4 am to work out - so today was an off day for me. I had a broccoli/cheese/turkey sausage omelette for breakfast, lunch was chicken breast with broccoli & shredded cheese with a dallop of sour cream. When I went back for my night shift I had a burger patty with a slice of cheese and a small caesar salad no croutons for dinner. I also had 2 iced coffees with cream no sugar - one this morning and another in between shifts.
ReplyDeleteTonights event I worked had passed appetizers - mini spring rolls with a sweet chili sauce was on of the choices and I DID NOT HAVE ONE!!! You have no idea how awesome that is for me. I have been known to eat about 10. I had a couple of small bites of sesame seared tuna, tho. But I knew that was good for me and I didn't even have a full serving. I have to be to work even earlier tomorrow...I'm hoping to get to the gym in the afternoon after my shift. :) I may have to take a nap first, though! I love naps. I never get them!
