Updates

Hi Guys: I wanted to check in now that you are both in new locales. How's the weight loss coming with the new routines and no gyms??

I'm starting to notice a bit of difference in my pants -- in a good way. Still doing lots of cardio and not so much weight training and I know I have to switch it up. My 5k times are getting better so that's good and my fav run -- the weekly one through Colt Park starts June 29.

Let's keep it going!!

  1. Things are going great here in Germany!! This city is so pedestrian oriented, and the bike paths are unlimited. Next to each bike path is a foot path, so tomorrow I'm going to start running each morning. The path along the river is 15 miles, and maybe eventually I could work my way up to that, but I haven't been consistent with working out.

    I do go for walks everyday, for a few hours, so that's gotta be something, oh, and the apartment is on the steepest hill in the city, it's a serious hike up. Behind the apartment is a mountain full of hiking trails so maybe once the weather gets better, I'll start doing that too!
