Here's to Hitting the Gym

Yes, working out is fun! (well sometimes) Glad you both are consistently seeing weight loss and are feeling better! I'm not really seeing any results from all my spinning and running. I know I need to start lifting weights again -- that's really the best way to get metabolism up and running.

  1. Well I haven't been able to work out as much this past week and I am up a half pound. I didn't get to do the strength training either for the past two weeks so I obviously can't let up. I leave Monday for a week in Michigan to see the fam & for the fundraiser. I told my mom we are going for a walk everyday! That will get her moving around, too. :) I'll try and check in with you guys while I am gone. I come back the 17th. Talk soon!!

  2. I started lifting weights last week, and I lost four pounds instead of a consistent two. I try to go 5-6 times a week however this week will only be 4. I've upped my gym routine to an hour of cardio and a half hour of weights because June 4th is going to be here before I know it and I want to look better than I do now, besides I'm not sure how I am going to be able to get my workouts over in Germany. There are parks but I'm going to have to scope out the place before I decide where to run.

    I've lost 10 pounds since we've started this blog, it's working! haha :) Have fun in Michigan Lindsay!
